J Damages amounting \to £1515 18s were awarded to Mrs Laura Zelma Trolove by Mr Justice Northeroft in tlie Supreme Court at Christchurch after hearing legal argument upon the jury’s findings in the Case in which Mrs Trolove claimed damages against William John Onkleigh Turner for the loss of her husband in a motor collision near Motukarakara on July S last year.—T’rcss Association.
