NEW ..PLYMOUTH, June 3. :■ A charge of being absent without leave aitd without authority ‘was made against Maurice Bernard Cadogan, aircraftsman, of the Royal New Zealand Air Force technical training centre at Lower Hutt, in Court to-day. He was remanded to appear at Wellington, from where the warrant for his arrest was issued. / The police stated that Cadogan had been engaged on urgent Government work in . connection with the opening of- a coalmine near Ohura. He was an expert bulldozer driver, and the only one available in the district in the only machine that could be got to the area where the work was being done. *
