RUN OVER BY TRAIN.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, May 31. While crossing the railway lino near the tunnel mouth at Port Chalmers station this evening Robert Thomson, aged G 3 years, a married man of Sawyer’s Bay. was run over by a train that was shunting through the tunnel. Both his legs were amputated below the knee and he also suffered head injuries. »
