(From Our Own Correspondent.) OTAKI, Alay 15. Atesers 11. Merrylees, E. Egdell arid A. Jenkins, who left for Burnham Camp yesterday, were entertained on Alonday night by a number of friends. Several others, including Alessrs J. Merrylees, W. Dustin, J. Palmer, A. Larkin, I. Mathie, and W. Perkins, leave on ■ Friday, Air J. W. Hadfield, of Wellington, has been appointed to the staff of the Otaki railway station, filling the vacancy caused by the transfer of Air F,. Southgate. Air S. Douglas, electrician at the railway, has been transferred to Franktori Junction. Air T. Thomson, who has been on holiday, has returned to his duties at the Otaki post office.
