Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 13. M. Armand Nihotte (Consul for Belgium in New Zealand) announces that, general mobilisation having been decreed in Belgium, all officers of the reserve holding the service order and all n.c.o.’s and men holding the order model L must join their units at once. They should communicate with the nearest Belgian Consulate, which will arrange for their passage and provide them with travelling expenses.
