JUNIOR LABOUR DANCE.
The fortnightly modern and old-time dance conducted by the Palmerston North Junior Labour Party on Tuesday was again ■ well attended. The dancers expressed their appreciation of the professional music, which featured an electric organ. Mr I. Little proved a capable M.C., there not being a dull moment in the evening. The novelties .included lucky Gay Gordons, Monte Carlo waltz, .spotlight valet-a and foxtrot, streamers,. etc. The bright and eociable atmosphere' continued to the conclusion of ■ the function. The M.C. announced particulars of the next dance to take place in the Cosmopolitan Hall next week.
