RACES AT AWAPUNI
MANAWATU WINTER MEETING GOOD FIELDS PRESENTED The winter meeting of the Manawatu Racing Club opened on the Awapuni course to-day in dull and wintry weather. Excellent fields had been attracted and the club’s endeavours to popularise its winter meeting appear to be meeting with marked success. There was a good attendance.
