FINANCIAL AGREEMENT.
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 14. The Belgian Minister of Finance, the British Chancellor of the Exchequer and the French Minister of Finance have concluded a tripartite financial agreement by which reciprocal financial facilities for the settlement of their expenditure are'granted as between Belgium and France on the one hand and Belgium and Britain on the other. The agreement is a token of the financial and monetary solidarity of the three countries with a view to their common victory.
