BULGARIAN GESTURE.
The invasion of the Low Countries lias stimulated Bulgaria to seek stronger unity with her neighbours. The President, in Parliament, said he told a Greek trade delegation that Bulgaria is keen to reach a serious political agreement between Greece and Bulgaria leading to effective cooperation.
