AFTERNOON PARTY.

AIISS J. STEVENS HONOURED. Aliss Jean Clark was hostess at a gift afternoon for Aliss Joyce Stevens at her home in Fitzherbert Avenue, on Saturday afternoon. Aliss Stevens is to be married to Air J. Coss shortly. Items were given by Aliss N. Chamberlain and the winners' of tho competitions were Alisses J. Stevens and. J. Hocking. After afternoon tea had been served, Aliss Clark called upon Miss Stevens to open many useful gifts for her kitchen. Those present were: Alisses B. Stevens, U. Hoskins, J. Russell, F. Dalgleish, J. Jackson, J. Hocking, J. Screech, N. Chamberlain; C. Clark and L. AlcKinnon.
