S. Amery. MINISTER OF HEALTH—Mr Malcolm MacDonald. , t MINISTER OF LABOUR AND NATIONAL SERVICE.—Mr Ernest lievin. MINISTER OF FOOD.—Lord Woolton. Mr L. C- M. S. Amery was First Lord of the Admiralty from 1922-24, .Secretary for the Colonies from 1924-29 and Secretary for the Dominions from 1925-1929, the portfolios being merged in those years. He has written extensively on Empire and colonial matters, He replaces the Marquess of Zetland Mr Ernest Bevin is general secretary of the Transport and General Workers’ Union. Mr Malcolm MacDonald vacates the Colonial Office and takes the portfolio formerly hold by Mr Walter Elliot. Lord Woolton, who was recently appointed to that office, remains Minister of Food.
