FAIR TO FINE. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 11. The depression near Chatham Islands is filling up and a weak anti-cyclone extends on to the Dominion from the Tasman. The forecast is for fresh but decreasing southerly winds with some further showers east of the ranges, but the weather otherwise will be fair to fine with cool temperatures and seas moderate on the west coast and elsewhere rough but decreasing. RIVER GAUGE. Noon.—loft.
