IMPROVEMENT PLANS. /Advice lias been received by Mr J. Hodgens, M.P., from Hon. P. Fraser formerly Minister of Education, that lie has approved of a grant for the cost of installing a central,heating system in the West End School' . In another communication the Minister advised that lie, had approved of a grant to cover the cost of concreting the floor of the shelter shed and the grounds surrounding it at the Girls’ High School.
