WILL EXPEL INVADERS. LONDON, May S. King Haakon, in his proclamation, said: “We are still in strong po*sitions from which, with the help now being planned* we will reconquer the rest of Norway. The Germans in Norway are not practising war, hut murder and arson. Every- house destroyed, every assassination of defenceless citizens, strengthens the people’s resolution to throw out the invaders.”
