GERMAN ATTACKS. Received Mav 9. 10 a.m. LONDON, May 8. Tiie Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs (Sir R. A. Butler), in the House of Commons, said the Norwegian Government had asked the International Red Cross to make strong representations, to Germany in respect of Norwegian Red Cross ships. He’ added that the Germans had three times bombed Norwegian ships with serious loss of life among doctors and nurses. A British hospital ship had been unsuccessfully bombed.
