UNDEFENDED DIVORCES.
Three undefended petitions for divorce were dealt with in the Supreme Court yesterday by the Chief Justice, lit. Hon. Sir Michael Myers. Henry Janies Sutton, salesman, of Palmerston North (Mr A. M. Ongley) sought a divorce from Rose Sutton, and named Stanley David Earle, of Orini, Hamilton, as co-re-spondent. After evidence had been heard a decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months. John Channing Thurston, labourer, of Feilding (Mr Ongley), who sought a divorce from Mrs Nellie Irene Thurston, of Feilding, stated that they entered into a deed of separation on December 11, 1936, and had lived apart since. A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months. Frank Charles Mollet, crane-driver, of Taihape (Mr Ongley), petitioned for a divorce from Mrs C'leriece Elizabeth Mollet, of Wellington, Petitioner said that after he had received a transfer to Taihape respondent refused to live there. At New Year.' 1931, they entered on a mutual separation. A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months.
