MANAWATU FESTIVAL. SECOND DAY’S FINALS. ' Finals of tile second day programme of the Manawatu Competitions Society’s seventeenth annual festival were decided last night. There was a satisfactory attendance, and a varied programme was presented. In addition to the finals decided, various sections of items, which will he held throughout the week, including the ballet in costume, tap ballet and radio vocal solo, were presented.
