' INCREASE RECORDED. ■ Per Press Association. . .. GREYMOUTH, May -7. The response to the appeal of the Minister of Mines; (Hon. P. C. Webb) for increased coal production is shown in the figures of coal exported from Greymouth for the four-weekly period to the end of April. Except for one co-operative mine, every mine in the district showed a substantial increase tit output.
