TRAFFIC DELAYED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 7. Jhe partial derailment of a goods tram from Upper Hutt near Silverstream at 2 a.m. to-day Gaused delays to the early passenger traffic. A box wagon loaded with cheese went completely off the rails and the wagon behind was partly derailed. It was not till towards 9 o’clock that passengers were carried by rail A bus service was substituted till then. ;
