A decree nisi was granted, to lie made absolute after three months. Jessie Ogilvio Oliver (Air A. B. Loughnan) took’ action for a divorce from Leslie George Oliver on the ground of separation. There were two children of the marriage. A decree nisi wits granted, to 'he moved absolute after three months. The custody of the younger child was granted petitioner.
