Sir Michael Myers, at tlie sitting of tlie Supreme Court which opened in Palmerston North yesterday. : Myrtle Phyllis Afornson. of Palmerston North (Air T. M. N. Rodgers) sought a divorce from Percy Thomas Alorrison on tho ground of separation A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three - months. The interim custody of the one .child of the marriage .was granted petitioner. Jessie Hilda Brill (Air. Rodgers) petitioned for a divorce from Carl Douglas Brill, separation being the ground stated. A decree nisi was granted, to lie made absolute after three months. Jessie Ogilvio Oliver (Air A. B. Loughnan) took’ action for a divorce from Leslie George Oliver on the ground of separation. There were two children of the marriage. A decree nisi wits granted, to 'he moved absolute after three months. The custody of the younger child was granted petitioner.
