PERSONAL.
The death has occurred in Sydney of Mr Elliott Napier, journalist and author. Mr W. R. Alloway was among the recruits passed as medically fit at a recent sitting of the Medical Board. Lieutenant H. B. Lange, New Zealand Medical Corps, has been posted to the 24th (Auckland) Battalion, Third Echelon, New Zealand Expeditionary Force, as medical officer.
