ST. PETER’S PARISH. At the annual general meeting of the parishioners of St. Peter’s Parish, Roy. K. F. Button presided. The vicar, in his report, said that the services had been well attended at all contres. He was particularly pleased with the attendances ; at Holy Communion on Christmas Day and Raster, which were a record, and with the greatly in'cleased attendances at Konini. The warden’s report and balancesheet were adopted, the latter showing a ■ credit balance iri the genera] account of £32 13s 7d in the maintenance account of £lO. The new church building fund now stands at £ll4l 16s, the golden jubilee endowment fund at £134 ISs Id, and the ' Centennial appeal at £169 9s 6d. Officers elected are: Vicar’s warden, Mr W. L. Tattle; parishioners’ warden, Mr A. W. Hamilton; vestry, Messrs L. A. Truscott, J. A. McDonald, W. ,M. Vowell, G. Haines, R. G. S. Nisbet, L. D. Love- : lock, J. M. Rule, V. J. Scott. J. W. ] Sturton and A. Wade. Messrs Wilkinson and Cornelius did not eeek re-election.- -* Hon. auditors, Messrs R. C. Austin and - A. A. Vaughan. BADMINTON CLUB. . . H At tlie annual meeting of the Pahiatua Badminton Club Mr R, Mills presided. Officers elected are: Patron, -Mr L. J. Ileayns; president, Mr R. Mills; vicepresidents, Messrs K. Maidens,, D. F. O’Brien and E. Gregorie; secretary, Mr R. Bridge; committee, Messrs HeaynV, ' R. Mills, .K. Maidens, D. O’Brien, ‘ R. Bridge, A. Mills and T. Tuoby; ladies’ committee, Mesdames K. Maidens and T.
