OBITUARY.

MRS K. M. MATTHEWS. The late Mrs Kathleen May Matthews, wife of Mr F. G. Matthews, of Pirie Street, and third daughter of the late Mr M. O’Reilly and Mrs M. O’lleillv, of Pirie Street, whose death occurred recently, was horn at Manly, Sydney (Australia), in 1913 and came to New Zealand with her parents nine months later. She was educated at the Convent High School, Palmerston North. .' , Though of a retiring disposition, Mrs Matthews had a large circle of friends. She passed away after a very brief illness and leaves to mourn their loss her husband and. small son; her mother, Mrs M. O’Reilly'; two sisters, Mrs J. Duffield . and ■ Miss M. O’Reilly; and one brother, Mr J. O’Reilly, all of Palmerston North.
