NOT CONTESTING BY-ELECTION. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 30. The Democratic Labour Party does not propose to enter a candidate for the Auckland West by-election, according to Mr J. A. Lee “Before we contest a 6eat we shall have adequate preparation, organisation, and funds,” lie said.
