SOFIA, April 29. The Foreign Alinister (AI. Popoff) stated: “I do not see any immediate danger threatening our neighbours. But if danger appears Bulgaria will. l>e a loyal member of the Balkan family and will do nothing to weaken the mutual confidence necessary lor Balkan prosperity.”
