WOODVILLE SALE.
Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report */ good yarding of both sheep and cattle at their weekly Woodville sale, when a sound' enquiry ruled for all classes of stock on; offer. Hoggets of both sexoa met with; sound competition at rates fully up to; those ruling at late sales. A good yard-! ing of station-bred cattle was also submiE-j ted, comprising 2j and 34-yr. P.A.| steers, with several pens of P.A. steer calves. The demand for grown cattle was not keen, whereas young cattle sold particularly well. Quotations: Fat ewes, 15»; 6d, 16s, to 16s 9d; fat wethers, 20s, 20s 1 6d, 21s 6d to 22s 6d; fat lambs, 18s 6d, 19s, 20s, 20s 6d, 21e.
