RIBBENTROP’S CLAIM.
NORWEGIAN REJOINDER. LONDON, April 29. “Somewhere in Norway” Professor H. Ivoht (Norwegian -Foreign Minister) describes as false Herr von Ribbentrop’s allegation that Norway knew Britain intended to mine Norwegian waters and even approved of the plan, “which justified the German invasion.” German naval units must have been dispatched long before the British minelaying, said Professor Kolit. Nobody could prove that Norway had not adhered to her neutrality.
