Shannon and Airs Usmar, Aliss Stratford and Mrs AlcC'ombio, Aliss N. Old withstood a challenge from Miss Clare for the Strickland Button on Saturday, but lost it to Mrs D. Old at the week-end. Some of the best scores handed in bv the men for the Bennet Cup competition played on Saturday wore: G. Truman 6i, C. Curtis 70, J. Strickland 73, J. Old 79. For the week-end competition: F. Ackerman 72, C. Curtis 75, F. Arrow 79. Arrow won the Strickland Button from C. Curtis and withstood two challenges, one from Curtis and one from J. Old.
