Kent has relinquished his appointment with the Intelligence Division of the Admiralty and has been appointed a staff officer of the Training Command of the Royal Air F'orco with the rank of group-captain. —British Official AYireless. Dr. J. E. Lovelock, the New Zealand athlete, has been admitted a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, states a London report. Fellows elected include a New Zealander. Dr. G. S. Todd, and members include the New Zealanders, Drs. G. E. Moloney, R. G. Park and C. G. Riley.
