PRIZE BLOOMS

CHRYSANTHEMUM SHOW. OUTSTANDING DISPLAY. Many beautiful blooms were seen at the annual Chrysanthemum Show of the Palmerston North Horticultural Society, which was opened in the Empire Hall on Saturday afternoon. In conjunction with it the show of the Palmerston North Chrysanthemum Club was held. Entries were highly satisfactory, the total being about 450, which compared very favourably with the number last year.
