GERMANY’S BILL.
ZURICH. April 26. The German journal Yierjahresplan says that Germany has already spent £250,000,000 more on the present war than the whole of last war. Germany spent £7.600.000,000 from 1933 to 1939, while England spent £3,000,000,000 and France £2,000,000,000.
