NAVAL ACTION
GERMANS TRAPPED. TRONDHEIM FIORD. REPORTS FROM SWEDEN. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received April kJ7, 9 a.m. LONDON, April 26. A Swedish source refers to British warships forcing’ the entrance to Trondheim Fiord. The Germans are believed to have a light cruiser and several destroyers in the inner fiord.,
It is reported from Stockholm that a British cruiser has succeeded in passing the Agdenes fortress, at. the entrance to Trondheim Fiord, and has engaged three German destroyers. Till official reports are received these statements must be treated with reserve.
Two German ships are stated to have been sunk after explosions between Copenhagen and Malnio, westward of the central passage, but it is not believed they will block the whole channel.
