Apparently following the fashion set by some members of the crew of the Achilles, two forwards of the Maori Agricultural College' (Hawke’s Bay) .Rugby, team turned out for play recently sporting beards. It is reported that the bearded ones caused sonic discomfort to the opposing forwards.
