The hearing of the main arguments presented by the representatives of the employers and workers was completed by the Waterfront Control Commission on Wednesday afternoon. Mr ]{. E. Price (chairman of the commission) said to-day that some written statements were still to be represented by either side regarding minor matters affecting persons not directly represented at the sitting, and the commission would thou consider its pronouncement on waterfront -rates of pay and conditions of work.
