MARTOX. April 26. At n inr*ntm£r of the Marion Basketball Club, Mr TO. babes presided. In connection with the forming of a Basketball Association in Marlon it was deckled to await a reply from headquarters as to the procedure. Tt** was decided to apply for the use of the Mart on Park and St.* Andrew’s Hall for practice purposes. A vote of thanks was accorded Mr A. L. Williams for his donation of a basketball. A! 1 R. Downs was elected president. Miss M. Downs field captain and Miss T. Ha nun mid vice-captain.
