NO HORNS AT NIGHT.

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 24. The Road Safety Council decided this morning that the use of horns, except in emergency, should be prohibited during the night hours of 11 pm. to 7 a.m., and that an addition should he made to the Road Code requesting motorists to avoid the use of the horn during dfiylight hours.
