IMMENSE SACRIFICES. GOEBBELS’S ADMISSION. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copvright.) BERLIN, April 17. The Minister of Propaganda (Dr. Goebbels), in a speech at the conclusion of tlic winter relief campaign, said: “The war has entered a decisive stage. The German success in Denmark and Norway puts her ill a position to win tho war. There is no doubt the plutocratic warmongers would destroy the Germans and split Germany into little parts. “The Germans have never been more determined or inert united,” lie added. “Six hundred million marks have been collected in the first wartime winter relief. A scrap metal reserve is being built up sufficient for the duration of tho war. The Germans are ready for any sacrifice for victory.”
