PHILCOURT DESTROYED.

Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 18. When galloping at Tnkanini this morning, Pliilcourt, the four-year-old co.lt owned by Mr G. Courtney and trained by A. Tinker, broke a fetlock joint and was destroyed. Ridden by K. R. Bougley, Pliilcourt, bad a half mile run with Dauber, ridden by Kingi, in 51 2-s.iec. Pliilcourt was then pulled up.
