INCLUSION OF METALS. BUCHAREST, April 15. The suspension of exports applies to practically all metals, some hides, and oil-bearing seeds and plants. EXTRAORDINARY MEASURES. BUCHAREST, April IG. The Minister for the Navy has introduced a Bill in the Chamber or Deputies providing for the immediate application of “extraordinary measures for all of Hu mania’s ports and territorial waters.”
