FALL IN BRITAIN. - (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 17. A very slight fall in the cost of living is shown by a Labour Ministry announcement that on April 1 the index figure was 78 per cent, above the level o! July, 1914,' compared with 79 per cent, on March 1.
