SHIPPING PATROLS.
DUTCH INNOVATION. Received April IS. 10.1/5 a.m. AMSTERDAM, April 17. The Shipowners’ Union has fitted out hospital ships to maintain a constant patrol of the Anglo-Dutch shipping route. The equipment includes special nets for picking up survivors from sunken ships from the sea. ■
