EXPANSION UNDER WAY. Received April IS, 10.20 a.m. LONDON, April 17. The Australian Associated Press learns from an official spokesman that the Dominions’ forces are being greatly increased. The Canadian Air Force was recently increased by 14.000 men, provision being made for a total of over thirty thousand. The Royal Australian Navy personnel is at present 11,000, and the Royal Australian Air Force is preparing to train 20.000 men. The South African forces (all arms) at present total 50.000 men.
