RESTRICTION ON DEALINGS. CHANGE SOUGHT. Per Press Association. AVELLINGTON, April IS. A conference of tlie executive oi the Stock Exchange Association of New Zealand was hold in AVellington on Tuesday to consider the effects of the Financial Emergency Regulations as applied to the prevention of further dealings as between New Zealand investors in popular overseas companies in New Zealand markets. There were present representatives of all tlie New Zealand Stock Exchanges. After a full discussion the conference waited on the Governor of the Reserve Bank (Air Leslie Lefeaux) and were assured by him that their representations would receive careful consideration.
