TENSION PERSISTS
LUXEMBOURG MEASURES. CLOSING OF FRONTIER. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.-—Copyright.) LUXEMBOURG, April 15. Tension has increased and civil guards have been posted at all public buildings. The BeJgianLuxembourg frontier lias been closed since noon. Brussels reports that a German trade delegation has gone to Berlin after a satisfactory conclusion is reported to have been reached in trade negotiations. Precautions taken in the provinces and Luxembourg include the evacuation of schools. The Associated Press reports that at the German Embassy at The Hague officials are burning documents. The German Legation denies the burning of papers and also that the Minister has gone to Germany,
