(From Our Own Correspondent.) OTAKT, April 15. A bowling tournament was held at Otaki Railway yesterday when a rink, skipped by Scott, 'of Wellington, went through without a defeat. Katon (Otaki) and Hill (Wellington) lost one game each. The country pennant competition has resulted in a tie between Otaki and Otaki Railway. Rev. W. Gutman and Mrs Gutman left to-day to take up their residence at Hamilton. _ Rev. Victor Meads will arrive here on Wednesdav next. the Otaki Boy ScouU journeyed to the Exhibition on Saturday. Several schoolboys made the trip on Friday. Airs Quinn is at present in Nelson. The Otaki and Otaki Railway Bowling Clubs, per 'medium of a bowling tournament, have donated £lO 17s 0d for patriotic purposes.
