LOYALTY TO PARTY. INCUMBENT UPON MEMBERS. WELLINGTON. April 17. It wns pointed out in Labour circles in Wellington yesterday that persons who are at present members of the party would render themselves liable to expulsion if they associated themselves with the candidature ol non-offi-cial Labour candidates at the 1941 general election, or if they were members or supporters of any independent organisation formed by M.P.’s now outside the New Zealand Labour Party. In effect, present members of the Labour Party had either to abide loyally by the constitution or resign their membership.
