LOCAL ENLISTMENTS.
For the Special Force there are now 1038 enlistments at the Palmerston North Defence Office. In future the names of those who enlist will not be published at the time of enlistment as the Army Department has forbidden this. A medical board will sit in Palmerston North on Wednesday, when over 30 men will be examined.
