The possibility of a week end camp was also discussed. The Takaro (Gtb Palmerston North) Guides-went to Wellington recently, to bo the guests of the St. Paul’s Guides there. The weather was fine and an enjoyable visit was paid to the Exhibition. On flic Saturday evening there was a campfire out-of-doors. A tour of the wharves and beauty spots of Wellington occupied a large part of the ' Sunday, and there was also an interesting story on the foundation of the Bed Cross Society’s cross by Bev. Coli lard Scrub}-, at Guides’ Own. The Guides . who remained in Palmerston North spent the time preparing the company’s entry in the Y.W.C.A. table-setting display. As most of the leaders and seconds of St. Paul’s (75th Palmerston North) Company have formed a new patrol to work for the first class tests, acting leaders and seconds have been appointed. Nonna Hewitt. ChrLsie Bold. Nancy Randall and Ruth Woodfield are leaders of the Purirt, Clematis, Kowliai and Bata Patrols respectively. | while -Toy Palmer.
