(Ftom Our Own Correspondent.) OPIKT, April 15. Miss Leone Larsen is staying with her grandmother, Airs il. Seifert, in Palmerston North. Mrs G. J .Wilde recently left Opiki for a caravan holiday in Napier. Mr B. Olsen is on holiday in Wellington. Air L. T. Webb is staying at Kiritaki, Dannevirke, for a short holiday. Air and Airs Wisneski are visiting Wellington. Other Opiki visitors to the Capital City are Mrs Irwin, Aliases J. Aiabev and V. 1 locking and Mr G. Smith. Tiie first tennis competition on the new courts ,was held on Saturday afternoon. Twenty-four members took part and the results were: —First round: Mrs Aitchison and V. Alve lost to Afrs Norman arid Air Jensen", 10—13; Alias Jackson and R. Aitchison drew with Airs Webb and B, A. Norman, 5 —5 ;L. Webb and Aliss C ooksley beat J. D. Aitchison and Mrs Percy, 15—13; Aliss Percy and C. Davey lost to Miss Wilde and J. Percy, o—l 9 ; Airs Larsen and Miss F Carson beat Miss AL Carson and AJiss Aliors, 13—6; Airs Krivan and Aliss Maboy lost to Aliss Ransom and Aliss Callaghan, 8-22.
