BIG WOOL YIELD.

ADVANCED AT WELLINGTON. The gross proceeds of the March appraisement of wool in ' Wellington, in which the whole offering of_ 17,551 hales was sold, were £304,033. This brings the total gross proceeds of tho four appraisements made in Wellington this season up to £1.953,849, compared with £1D23.799 for tfie four auction sales held in 1938-39, an increase of £530.050.
